Conversation between the guide (Tadeu) and I
- We reached the conclusion that I have a natural leading and organizer's character, and that when combined they can be extremely stressful. A good leader is not the one who knows and can do everything the best way possible, a good leader is the one who has an observational skill to appoint the best person for each specific job. A leader is above all a strategic person, the one that guides, not that takes upon him all the responsibilities.
Learnings from the activity - Where some were mute, others where handicapped and others were blind
1- Euphoria is an obstacle to the development of any existing potential.
2 - The level to which things affect you is equal to the significance you give them
3 - Without you things will work out! Back out, observe!
4 - People are generous! Have faith that it exists in each and everyone.
5 - You will make mistakes, and get things wrong the same amount of times that it takes you to learn the reason why!
6 - Instability, un-balance, it being emotional, physical, etc. stops you form becoming the best version of yourself.
NOTE - the best version of yourself can be found when all the aspects of your life can be found in equilibrium!
7 - What is difficult, is difficult, never give it a new name such as "impossible"
Frase of the week -
You can constantly teach yourself as long as you remember what, from your mistakes, you are actually learning.
- Being a good orator requires listening more than actually speaking. Speaking requires a lot of caution, because when we simply impose our ideas they could never be carried across unless you involve people with them. = "loudmouths often win temporary victories through intimidation, but eloquent approachers lead to long term commitment."
